Stories & Self-Talk
Investigate of the power of stories and explore your self talk and the stories you tell, why you tell them and how you’d like to edit your narrative. A good challenge to try if you feel like you have a lot on your mind, or suffer from social anxiety.

Core Belief Exploration
Examine your conscious and subconscious belief systems, and how to use your feelings as a navigational system. A good challenge to try under any circumstances, especially if you feel energised, open and curious.
Challenge #4
Daily Habits & Rituals
Examine your daily habits and rituals, and why you have them. Gain clarity around what you rituals you’d like to prioritise and create as your new normal, and take steps towards making them your new normal.

Value Clarification
Clarify your current most important values are, and use them as a compass for navigating life’s choices. Recommended for those who feel unsure about their priorities, passions and purpose.

My Lessons
Examine your repeating life themes, and gain new insights and higher perspectives so that you can graduate to the next level of your evolution. Recommended for those who have been struggling with challenges that seem to keep repeating in their life.
