TRAINING PROGRAM

Our comprehensive training program can take anywhere from 1-24 months depending on your unique life experience, skill set and time availability.

BOSS MAKEOVER TRAINING

Wonder Therapy

Wonder Therapy is essentially Life Coaching that utilises our library of Wonder Challenges. During our training program you will be guided to complete a range selected Wonder Challenges and will then need to pass a written and practical exam.

Elemental Rebirth Facilitation

To be eligible for our Elemental Rebirth training program, you must have qualifications and experience in massage therapy.

GROUP THERAPY TRAINING

You may select any or all of our group therapy events to facilitate, and will receive full training in how to successfully operate and market your event to the public. Our training program takes approximately 4-8 weeks to complete and is outlined below:

Confession Therapy Circles

You will be required to have attended at least three Confession Circles, completed a range of selected Wonder Challenges and successfully passed a written and practical examination.

BOSS Dance Therapy

You will be required to have attended at least three BOSS Dance classes and successfully completed a practical examination.

Beauty At The Beach

You will be required to have attended at least two Beauty At The Beach events, completed a range of selected Awakening Beauty Wonder Challenges and successfully passed a written and practical examination.

Awakening Beauty Parties

You will be required to have attended at least three Awakened Beauty Parties, completed a range of selected Awakening Beauty Wonder Challenges and successfully passed a written and practical examination.

Wonder Walks

You will be required to have attended at least two Wonder Walks, completed a range of selected Wonder Challenges and successfully passed a written and practical examination.

PAY, BENEFITS & REWARDS

Your commission is based on our service prices, which are as follows:

Life Coaching/Wonder Therapy $88 Public / $66 Members (60 mins)

Life Coaching/Wonder Therapy $111 Public / $88 Members (90 mins)

Life Coaching/Wonder Therapy $144 Public / $111 Members (120 mins)

Elemental Rebirth $555 Public / $333 Members (180 mins)

Confession Therapy Circles 3 Hours / $66 Public / $33 Members

BOSS Dance Therapy 1.5 Hours / $44 Public / $22 Members

Awakening Beauty Party & Beauty At The Beach 3 Hours / $99 Public / $66 Members

Wonder Walk 3 Hours / $55 Public / $22 Members

We have 4 payment levels:

Level 1/new employees will start out on 25% commission of the total sale.

After six months, or a minimum of ten events hosted and/or coaching consultations, you will move up to level 2 and receive 50% commission.

After another six months, or a minimum of another ten events hosted and/or coaching consultations, you will move onto level 3 and be awarded 75% commission.

After another twelve months, or a minimum of another twenty events and/or twenty coaching consultations, you be awarded with level 4 commission and receive 100% commission.

That’s right, after two years of loyal employment, you will be earning 100% of the total of sales of your events, just like you would in your own business!

Not only that, if you have an established event in your local area, this will be displayed on our website and promoted on our social media (we will help you get new customers and clients)!

Membership Commission

We will also give you a 10% commission for every new member who signs up to Wonder Club as a result of your referral. You will receive full training on how to identify which memberships are ideal for each kind of person and their unique needs and desires.

So the sky is the limit for how much you can earn for yourself.

TRAINING INVESTMENT

The price of our Wonder Therapy training program is only $1,111.

This includes all materials and can be paid in instalments.

The price of our Group Therapy Facilitation training is outlined as follows:

Confession Therapy Circle Facilitator Training

An upfront payment of $176 to cover course materials, plus $99 for event training.

Beauty At The Beach Facilitator Training

An upfront payment of $132 to cover course materials, plus $66 for event training.

Awakened Beauty Party Facilitator Training

An upfront payment of $154 to cover course materials, plus $99 for event training.

Wonder Walk Facilitator Training

An upfront payment of $132 to cover course materials, plus $66 for event training.
