Simple & Powerful Activities To Immediately Shift Your Reality & Vibration (When You Aren't Feeling Good)

  1. Write down your current thought path of least resistance (e.g. thought that make you feel relief, that make you feel increasingly better about your current situation)- try to fill at least one page, afterwards, notice how much better you feel and acknowledge the power you have to use your focus and attention to change how you feel by choosing thoughts that are more in alignment with god/sources perspective (pure positive potential/love/joy/faith)

  2. Visualise an outcome that feels good, that feels like relief. Use your imagination to see what you would most like to see. Know that this is a possible reality. Tune into/feel that reality and imagine you are breathing it into every cell of your body. In other words, as you are visualising and feeling it, breathe as if you believe you cant have it/it’s possible. It might seem hard at first if you have never done it, so choose a vision that feels believable. Believe you are worthy of it. The more you practice this the easier it will become.

  3. Write a list of positive aspects about yourself and why you are capable and worthy your desires.

True freedom is not needing anything in your life to change in order to feel good. Using these techniques to adjust your frequency (feelings, thoughts & beliefs) will give you back your freedom and power.

Simply put, energy goes where attention flows. And writing is a powerful tool that helps you to realise & clarify your emotions & choose your thoughts more wisely. This is the work of the master & alchemist.

Give your attention to things that feel good as much as possible, and you will have more in your life to feel good about.
